Sizes and add-ons

An item's Options hold its sizes, choices and add-ons. Options are grouped: a "Size" group, a "Toppings" group. Each option adds to the item's price.

Add a group

  1. Open the item and find Options.
  2. Choose Add group and name it ("Size", "Milk", "Toppings").
  3. Pick how guests choose from it:
RuleUse it for
Required, pick oneSizes, or any choice a guest must make.
Optional, pick oneA single optional extra, such as a choice of side.
Optional, pick anyAdd-ons, such as extra toppings.
  1. Choose Add option for each choice, with its name and what it adds to the price.
  2. Save the item.

Drag groups and options to reorder them.

Sizes

Put the smallest size's price in the item's Price, then add each size with the difference. For a coffee that's $4 small and $5.50 large:

  • Price: $4.00
  • Size group, Required, pick one: Small +$0.00, Large +$1.50

Your menu shows the item's price as a range ($4.00–$5.50), and lists each size at its full price.

Add-ons

Add a group set to Optional, pick any, with each add-on and its price: "Extra cheese +$1.50".

Share a group across items

Choose Use existing to add a group you've already made on another item, from Groups on other items. A shared group shows Also on N other items: editing it on one item changes it on all of them, so a topping list stays the same everywhere.

Sold-out options

Switch an option off when it runs out. It stays on your menu, struck through and marked Sold out, so guests know it's usually there.
