How much does MenuTada cost?

MenuTada is free to start: build your menus, get your QR code and a hosted menu page at no cost. MenuTada+ is $9 a month per restaurant and adds menu hours and removes MenuTada's branding ("Powered by MenuTada"). It starts with a 14-day free trial. See Plans and billing.

Do I need to reprint my QR code when I change my menu?

No. Your QR code opens your current menu, so price changes, new dishes and even a new menu URL show up the next time a guest scans.

Do my guests need an app?

No. Your menu is a web page. Guests scan the QR code with their phone's camera and it opens in their browser.

Can guests order or pay through MenuTada?

No. MenuTada is for menus only: guests browse your menu, then order with your staff as usual.

Why isn't an item showing on my menu?

Check three things: the item's Visible toggle is on, the item is in a category of the menu guests see, and you chose Save in the menu editor. Categories with no visible items are hidden. See Add items.

How do I hide a dish we've run out of?

Open the item and turn Visible off. It disappears from every menu until you turn it back on. To mark just one size or add-on as sold out, switch that option off instead: guests see it struck through. See Sizes and add-ons.

Can I manage more than one restaurant?

Yes. Create a restaurant for each location or concept; each has its own menus, branding, menu URL and plan. See Create your restaurant.

How do I cancel MenuTada+?

Open Settings → Billing and open the billing portal to cancel. Your restaurant returns to the Free plan and your menus stay live. See Plans and billing.
